- Engages in or promotes defamatory, harassing, abusive or objectionable behavior.
- Engages in or promotes pornographic material or language
- Engages in or promotes hate speech, violence, terrorism or intolerance towards any goup of people
- Engages in or promotes in any SPAM, Unsolicited email, sending of viruses or Trojans, or any other computer network related attack, hacking, or cracking.
- SPAM can be defined as any type of unsolicited communication including but not limited to email, faxes, and instant messages.
- Engages in or promotes copyright or trademark infringement
- Bulk email can only be sent to customers who have done business with you or have opted into your email newsletter. The use of newsletters must use an Opt-In method requiring users to voluntarily submit their email addresses. There must be a clear method in the email for users to Opt-Out of any commercial email with a link to that method.
